Denham Approves New National Skills Academies for Enterprise, Power, It and Social Care

7 October 2008: Skills Secretary John Denham announced the progression of four new National Skills Academies into the Business Development phase, taking the total number to 16. Representatives from the new skills academies for Enterprise, Power, IT and Social Care were welcomed to the network by Mr Denham and new Skills Minister Lord Young at an event in Westminster.
